The scheme of Arrangement for the amalgamation of Knoll Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
with Abbott Laboratories (Pakistan) Limited has been sanctioned by the
Honourable High Court of Sindh, and has in accordance with its
terms become
effective on 25 April 2002.
